What happens on my first visit?
If it's your first time visiting a massage or myotherapist, you can expect a thorough consultation before your session to discuss your medical history, current health concerns, and any specific areas of pain or discomfort you would like us to work on during your session. This will help your massage therapist or
myotherapist tailor your treatment to your individual needs. You will then be asked to undress to your comfort level and lie on a massage table while the therapist applies pressure (massage) to different areas of your body using various techniques including. You may also be asked to do some simple stretches or movements to help the massage or myotherapist identify any areas of tension or imbalance. It is important to give feedback to your therapist throughout the session if anything feels uncomfortable or if you have any questions. After your session, you will feel relaxed, and refreshed. In fact many first time clients fall asleep on the table.
What types of massage do you offer?

Our massage sessions are typically 60 minutes long, but we also offer 30-minute sessions.
What should I expect during a regular massage session?
During a massage session, you will be asked to lie on our super comfortable massage table while our therapist works to stimulate, kneed and stretch your soft tissues using a range of techniques. You will be draped with a towel to ensure your complete privacy and comfort throughout the session.
Do I need to undress for my massage?
You can undress to your comfort level for your massage. Typically, clients undress to their underwear, but you can wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Will the therapist be in the room with me during the massage?
Yes, the therapist will be in the room with you throughout the massage, but they will leave the room while you undress and dress.
